How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through email, regardless of any in-person or phone conversations. Please include all details in your email such as quantities, sizes, materials, required date, shipping, etc. If your files are too large to attach in an email, we have an FTP you may access. Please email us for FTP login information. Alternatively, you may use a file transfer service such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, or HighTail. If you choose to use a third party service, you must still send us a seperate email confirming all order details.

What are your turn-around times?

Our standard turn around time is 2 business days for any non-fabric material, and 4 business days for fabric orders. Rush orders may be subject to an additional charge of 25%. Any files received after 2pm will be considered submitted the following business day. For example, if you submit an order at 3pm on Monday, a 2 day turn-around would mean the order would be ready for pick up on Thursday, because the turn-around do=es not begin until Tuesday.

Do you still have the file from my previous order?

Unless specified not to, we try to keep your files on hand for easy re-ordering. If you would like to use a file from a previous job, you need to provide us with either a past invoice number, or the exact date the previous order was placed. Sending us a proof/picture of what the file looks like will help speed up the process.
